From all around LA, I have come across clubs, restaurants, underground parties, fashion shows and even more events that I think we all should go to. It's time to get out of the bubble baby! People ask me all the time where to go and what to do in LA. They even ask for my personal advice as an artist as well. I will post things as I come across them and hopefully keep your spirits up as well.

Hello my loves. I have something to get off my chest if you will. I have been accused of not supporting our community (I support not only the gay community, but the artists' community as a whole) by some people. Now if you know me, please know that I am always excited by hearing about peoples projects, upcoming gigs and things we are working on. If you know me, you will know I encourage everyone to be the best they can be. Now this person doesn't really know me does he? I think a lot of times we forget how to encourage each other. I am not talking about sex or being brave in the dating world (a whole other topic) but as artists, we are forgetting to actually be happy for another artist who is working their butts off just as you are to hone their craft.
Comedy, music, singing, dancing, acting, directing, writing, producing, the list goes on of the people in my life who are creating night and day. The light shines in their eyes when they talk about it, there is an extra step in their walk when they walk away and my heart fills up with pride that they are doing what they love to do. Do you see it in them. Do you see it in yourself? So if I am able to I try to go to their events. Do you make the effort to go to another person's event (not to just pass out fliers for your own event) but take a look at the event.
The work that was involved, the people involved shining as they do their thing? The dedication they have for their own event? I try to go to as many as possible. I post, I go up to them and congratulate them on a job well done. Artist to artist. Create baby create. Nuff said.
